Return Policy

We hope that you love all of your items from Centerpiece Boutique! However, we understand that you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items must be in perfect condition and not worn. Tags must be attached to the item you are returning or within the return bag. Returned items with makeup, pet hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will not be accepted for a return.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you may return your original purchase and create a new purchase with the desired size or style.

Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.
No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please call or email us and forward photos of any damage. 

Please Note: Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.Â
